• Regional Management experience with NVHomes. Led and managed luxury homebuilder in the Eastern Shore markets. Responsible for P&L of region with $190,000,000 in revenue while also overseeing land acquisition, customer relations, Sarbanes Oxley Compliance and the growth and training of 90 employees. Market share quadrupled, despite current housing slowdown.
